Frequently Asked Questions

Q: When will Railyard Flats open?

A: We expect all 58 units to be ready for occupancy in spring 2018. We are looking to have our first move- in April 1, 2018 and will announce a specific date in February of 2018.


Q: What amenities will be available?

A: Below is a list of features and amenities:


Q: Do you allow pets?

A: Yes, $350 pet fee and $25 a month pet rent with a maximum of one pet per apartment.


Q: What are your rates?

A: The rates below are preliminary and subject to change. Utilities are not included. The sizes of the apartments are approximate and each includes a balcony with outside storage locker.


Q: Can you describe the co-work and lobby area?

A: We are creating a comfortable environment that residents can use for work or pleasure. During the day, we hope residents will use this area to work on their projects or even collaborate with other residents. The area will have the best high-speed wireless internet access available.


Q: What is the parking situation for the residents?

A: Each unit has the right to one reserved parking spot in front of the building.


Q: What are the terms of the lease?

A: Residents will be encouraged to sign a 12 and up to 18-month lease agreement.


Q: When will you start accepting applications and deposits?

A: At this time we anticipate entering into leases with residents in late January 2018; however this time frame may change so please check the website for construction updates. Our website will be updated early next year and we expect some pre-leasing to be done through the website.
