Frequently Asked Questions

Q: When does the project open?

A: We expect all 58 units to ready for occupancy in spring 2018. We will announce specific date in January 2018.

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: Yes- we are located next to Railyard Park and it’s a wonderful place for pets to play and meet new friends.

Q: Please generally describe the buildings architecture and its overall features?

A: Yes, the building’s architecture will relate to the overall Railyard design guidelines and has all modern finishes and fixtures one would expect for urban living including a co work lobby area, USB ports, modern appliances and hard wood flooring. The 3 story building has terrific views and all units enjoy a private patio or balcony.

Q: Can you tell me about the co-work area?

A: The co-work area on the ground floor will be designed for residents to find a comfortable setting to work and relax in a lounge type setting throughout the day and night. It will have well designed sitting areas as well as a private conference area. Also included will be an outside patio area. Monthly events ( wine tastings etc.) will be held for residents. The area will have wi-fi access and a printer for residents to use.

Q: What is the parking situation for the residents?

A: Each unit has the right to one reserved parking spot in front of the building.

Q: What are lease rates?

A: At this time we do not have final lease rates but the general range will be:

Q: What will lease terms be?

A: Residents will be asked to either sign a 12 month or 18 month lease agreement. Slightly shorter lease terms may be considered. For pricing and floor plans please visit the website.

Q: when will you be taking lease forms and deposits?

A: At this time we anticipate entering into leases with residents in October 2017; however this timeframe may change so please check the web site for construction updates.
